Welcome to Falcon Mortgage's web site. We are a medium-sized, mortgage lender/broker firm located in the historic district of downtown Frederick, Maryland.

The process of securing a mortgage carries the reputation of being a difficult, discouraging and sometimes overwhelming procedure for most borrowers. One of the reasons for this poor reputation is the consumer is often kept in the dark to the last minute. Lack of communication can create all sorts of problems. These problems lead to increased frustrations and perpetuate a negative situation for everyone involved. At Falcon our mission is to make the entire loan process easy and as enjoyable as possible for all parties while paying strict attention to detail. We believe today's borrower should not have to endure impersonal and monotone responses frequently associated with large institutional lenders. This belief is the cornerstone of our whole existence.

I formed Falcon Mortgage, Inc., in February 1996, after accruing twenty plus years of professional credit and lending experience. Over the years, it became apparent that my experience and devotion to customers would be better utilized if I had a closer working relationship with them. Why couldn't customers benefit from "Old World Service," while also receiving the benefit of modern-day technology? Having experienced the mindset of large institutional bank and monolithic mortgage company mentality from the inside, I was determined to open my own firm.

Since forming Falcon Mortgage, Inc., it has been our goal to offer our customers a unique balance between service, price, knowledge, integrity, and mortgage loan counseling. Being a mortgage broker allows us to offer our customers a myriad of loan products unavailable through a single financial institution. This is due to our wholesale relationships with numerous investors and lenders throughout the country. Since we opened, we have been able to assist hundreds of families obtain purchase money mortgages for the homes of their dreams and/or provided refinancing or equity loans for their present homes.
